I have now bought two vehicles from this dealership. Both times the experience has been really pleasant and easy. I have dealt with their service department a number of times as well and again I found the staff unusually personable and friendly to deal with. In the sales department I dealt with both Jennifer, the sales manager, and Bill, one of the sales people, and have had several dealings with Rick the finance manager as well. I felt none of the high pressure sales tactics that are sometimes used, especially in the used car market. Definitely a place I will go back to and one that I highly recommend.

Excellent experience all around, Karine and Rick took care of everything and within a week I was driving my new vehicle. Most of the process was handled over email/phone which made things a lot easier, all I had to do was sign the paperwork when I picked it up and the team did a great job cleaning it before I got there.
I went into Motorcity Mitsubishi over a week ago to look for a car and Jennifer Gattellaro helped me. The service was amazing and everyone there was so nice and helpful. Jen went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated that. She still keeps in touch to make sure everything is good. I am so happy that I took the chance that day and stopped in at Motorcity. I found an awesome car that I love so much. Thanks for all your help Jen, you’re the best. I highly recommend Motorcity.
Service experience, Few months ago I got the brake service done, then I was told they are not a good quality and we would need to change it. I paid over 500 to get everything done and now after few months I've started getting noise from the brakes. I called them up today to book an appointment and I was being told you will have to pay a diagnostic fee (bizzar) . Then I told them I'm having issues with rear stud/shock/ball joint because the jumps are hard on bumps and the car is still under warranty and the conversation was more geared towards a diagnostic fee rather than the client experience. You guys need to understand, provide a good service, be honest and money will follow. I don't need to mention how to run the dealership. You need to distinguish yourself from outsiders.
Service technician was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions in a friendly manner. I will certainly take my Lancer there again.
