great place it is fun but when i was there some kid almost blew me up with ninja stars then some monkey with a laser jumped out of some old ladies butt and her name was gertrude but the monkey proceded to rub his splien on her face she died and since then i never went to laser quest again
My son went to 2 birthday parties here this weekend and both days were exceptional. It was very organized and the place is immaculately clean. One of the employees named Mitch stands out in particular. He is practically a one man show who led the party the entire time. He greeted us when we walked in and took our jackets, kept all the kids entertained from beginning to end, went above and beyond in terms of making sure all the kids as well as the parents had a great time. Someone please give this guy a raise and or promotion because he deserves it!!! Thanks for being so awesome Mitch and we will definitely be booking my sons bday party here next!
A decent place for a fun night out. Maze is a fair size and has multiple levels, no major tripping hazards that I saw. Main room is large and clean. Also has a couple of party rooms and several arcade games as well. Sound system leaves a bit to be desired, hard to understand what the staff are saying over the loudspeakers, but they were kind and friendly if you needed to go ask a question. Prices are reasonable, games last about 20 minutes.

Great staff. We had many team events here playing laser tag and escape room. The escape room did not have the ambiance of the setting but the clues were good. We also got some great deals through Groupon. We were able to bring food from outside....great place for parties.
My 7 year old had an amazing birthday at Laser Quest Whitby. The venue is so fun, the staff are highly entertaining, funny and very professional and organized. Thanks to Mitch who made the party great. Highly recommend.
Best time ever. We love it here. The staff is incredible.
