My new go-to spot for dog treats/food. Great variety and friendly and knowledgeable service! I love that this place is local and an independent shop, and on top of that, they themselves support local by offering a variety of options from other whitby businesses. Even with the stay at home order i was able to call and felt well taken care of in trying to decide what treats to get my two dogs - both of which are enjoying a chew as I type this.

Love being able to support a locally owned small business and this shop has an incredible owner who is very knowledgeable about pet health and foods. After months of being told by our vet that the best option for our pup was prescription kibble, we decided to try raw and he is flourishing! I had visited other stores in the area and came across Dukes. The owner took the time to explain the various options available and after my first visit I left with some samples (which were never offered at the big box stores). I highly recommend visiting this shop and supporting a small business that cares about you and your pet.

The drive to Duke’s Pet Foods is worth it! Unbeatable services and product selection. Ask about the NVR Miss cat litter box. Duke’s is an exclusive retailer of this life changing Ontario-made product, and they carry so many beautiful colour options.
