My first visit to this location in Whitby. Store in well stocked with plenty of household items. Each department has lots of inventory. Well organized and friendly services are available. Great location off 401 East.

Service is a rarity these days but service is what we got during the holidays during a pandemic! My mom is a senior and needed new drapes. The associate (Caitlin?) was patient and helpful. Never made my mom feel like she was a bother or taking up all her time. Wore her mask correctly and kept her distance. Even had out of stock sheers ordered to be delivered to her house so she didn't have to go into the store 3 towns away again. Cashier (Ashley?) was equally friendly.

Drove all the way here over an hour away because they said they had one on hand and now I'm at the store and they can't seem to find the product they had 2 of and no one else bought any. Very lazy workers as they didn't even try to look for the product for me. Have fun losing out on a 200 plus sale
