Staff were so amazing, friendly and patient with my beginner family of 6! They took their time to ensure that we were all fitted properly for our gear. They were gentle and kind with our children who are 9, 6 and 3. Very knowledgeable staff and the equipment was in excellent condition. We would definitely rent from them again. Five stars, hands down! My experience with Premium Mountain Rental was end-to-end seamless. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They had an amazing lineup of skis, the customer service was incredible and the atmosphere in the store was excellent. They are entirely locally owned and operated, so it felt great to support a local business, and they are located steps away from the gondolas, which made it easy to grab skis and head up the mountain. I definitely will be going back next time.
Premium Mountain Rental is to ski rental what The Four Seasons is to hotels. Over a week long trip I dealt with a number of the employees as well as with Peter (the manager) and found everyone to be incredibly motivated to fit their clients with the perfect ski for their need. All the while, they remain incredibly pleasant and motivated. Also, the location is perfect right at the base of Whistler and you can just leave your skis with their valet at the end of the day. Cannot recommend them enough.
Best prices and best service. Me and the family were looking for a 4hr bike rental and found it here plus they close at 8pm. The bikes were great and in new condition. They are down the stairs by The Old Spaghetti Factory.
