After shopping around, we ended up buying all of my husbands gear here (plus some clothes and gloves for me!) We absolutely loved the service we received from Nick and the whole team here! So much attention to detail, and taking the time to explain everything to us. You can tell that they're passionate about helping people and the products are some of the best in whistler. Thanks!

Bought some 686 ski pants from here. Used 3 days and a tear in the back pocket appeared. Took them in and they just told me they couldn’t do anything other than send it off to 686 to warranty it. May as well just have bought them online. I would have to expected an exchange, store credit or refund.

Bought a biding, used for one day, didn’t like because they were loose. I tried to return the biding and buy a new one, to match thee price or something. NO return policy, no explanation and RUDE customer service. Not sure how they still in the market. EVO is a NO GO place

Amazingly helpful staff! :) This was the only location we were able to find that was renting bicycles in the area on October 23, 2018 Renting a bike was a really great choice to travel through as many trails as possible in a given amount of time - a perfect date (And remember to pack a backpack with water and snacks). Life is good! :)

Went in to get info on powder boards and in spite of my age (76 yr old female) got lots of help from Duncan who didn’t talk “down” to me at all. Lots of great info and now I’m stoked to buy a new board (am I crazy??) In the past the staff were great repairing a part on my Flow bindings - at no charge! Highly recommend Mountain Riders ... now Evo.

Good selection for a smaller store, but the guy behind the counter was super unfriendly, barely acknowledged me when I came up to pay for something, and was just kinda rude in general throughout the transaction. Who knows, maybe he was just having a bad day? But it left a bad taste, so I’ll probably go to other shops in the future.

I love this shop for it’s small time vibe! Everyone working there is usually a long time local! Super helpful and the manager Josh is the best dude! He knows so much about snowboard product! What is the best bang for your buck and he’s tested so many of the hardware so I always trust his advice! They just had a sweet renovation! Love this shop!
