This is a very quiet place. Feeling peaceful. Only concern is I didn't see any drinking water facilities outside the building as the main building remains closed, also there is only one public washroom outside. Otherwise very peaceful place to visit.

Westlock Buddhist Meditation Centre is one of the kindest and affordable Buddhist meditation centers anywhere. The monks and nuns who run it are exceedingly kind and compassionate. Group retreats happen sporadically with vegetarian meals and bed included. The statues, imported from China, are beyond belief.

Nice place to visit for few hours and have picnic. There are two shades to rest. There are a lot of Buddha statue and a nice garden. It's almost isolated so it's peaceful in there. After leaving the highway the road is unpaved. There is no signboard about the place until you reach the place. When we went there it was very windy so couldn't enjoy much.
