Outstanding customer service!!! This was my second time ordering from this company. The first time was easy and uneventful. Second time, Canada Post failed to deliver shipment to the street address and did not leave a note. I had to pick up the package from the post office. Western Tarpaulin, credited me the 20.00 shipping fee, the 40.00 of product I ordered and all taxes. Outstanding customer service in my humble opinion!

Not a pleasant company to deal with. I sent detailed description of the work I was hoping they could do. The salesman was quick to respond with a quote and we spent a significant amount of time on the phone going over the details. I did price out some other options, but I felt that Western Tarp was the best choice. So I reached back out to them with some minor alterations and hoping to put down the necessary deposit. All the salesman responded with \No longer interested.\. When I inquired as to why, I didn't receive a response. I reached out to the management twice, left messages, but no one is returning my calls. Lots of time lost and now I need to start the process again elsewhere. So learn from my mistake and look elsewhere from the beginning.
I have been a customer of Western Tarp for over 20 years and have always been extremely happy. They have completed several winter boat covers for various boats I've owned over the years. Most recently I purchased a shelter for my construction business from them. They came, measured, delivered and installed. The quality of work is top notch. Happy to recommend.
