Too good to be true. Shame on me for not buying the over priced warranty. Bought a vehicle 6 months ago. Put 2000 into leaks and repairs. Motor blew up after 6 months. 5200 fix. Assessment showed shotty hidden fixes that caused motor to blow. This is the kind of car salesman that gives them all a bad name.

We were interested in buying a Ford Esape. We did the paperwork and Tulsi said he would call us in a few hours after he got approval from the bank. We never heard anything so called back twice to see what the status was. Both times we were told he would call us back in about an hour. No phone call ever came. EDIT/ they did reach out to update me after I posted this review, which I appreciate. Unfortunately due to the lack of communication we have moved on. A simple update, even if it wasn’t approved - would have been appreciated.
