We have had Hogg look at our furnace for the last 3 years and the techs have been great. Again today Cory the technician arrived as scheduled and was polite and professional. Once done the inspection he went through the items/checklist and explained what he had tested. Thanks Hogg Heating Team

Put in an SOS call to Hogg first thing this morning as our oil furnace was not working and our house was frigid! We were very impressed with the prompt, efficient, and professional service that their technician offered. Our furnace was up and running by mid-afternoon. Jarod deserves 2-thumbs up for his excellent customer service.(He too deserves a coffee on the boss!) He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We would highly recommend Hogg to anyone dealing with oil furnace issues! (Our only disappointment since the last time Hogg worked on our furnace is a new 67 dispatch fee that they now charge in addition to their hourly rate, plus parts. That said, the receptionist did forewarn us of this additional fee).
Cody was amazing! He explained everything to me about my furnace humidifier, reset my thermostat and generally provided terrific service. He was easy to understand and very thorough in his inspection. He is a great ambassador for Hogg!
Two fellas arrived on one of the hottest days of the summer. They removed our old a/c and installed a new one. It took them almost 3 hours but I didn't hear a swear word between them while they were here! They courteously showed us what they had done and gave us instructions for the new unit before they left. We called it 'a bad job but well done!' We certainly would recommend their company!
The technician Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and also polite. He not only fixed the problem but also provided a wealth of information. Great tech, please give Dave a raise.
