My overall experience here was very good at the start. When I picked up my bike I was handed off to another salesman when I was totally comfortable with the one I dealt with on the two occasions while shopping for the bike. I looked into the bionx brand which my bike came with only to find out they went into receivership in 2018. I was sold auctioned off merchandise? They also kept one of my keys to unlock the battery. For wat reason I'm unclear.All I have to say is do your homework before you invest your money in any big ticket item. I do love my bike. thank you for your quick response and clearing up my issues..Im reevaluating your service and ill be in to claim my other key. thanks again Dave Eagle

These guys are great friendly service. They know their stuff when it comes to electrical, motor, batteries, body . However I am dissatisfied with the tire service, I am amused he suggested I should fill the tires with air every day!
Cycle electric is the absolute best e-bike & ev store in all of Ontario possibly even Canada.
My husband has bought 2 ebikes, has regular maintenance, and repairs done there. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and are always willing to try the best and most economical ways to get you back on the road.
I bought an escooter from a dealer in the US. Right out of the box there was an issue. I brought it here and Mitchell helped me troubleshoot for no charge just to be a nice guy. If i could go back in time I would have made my purchase here 100%. You should to.
