Staff are always helpful.

Cavalier attitude from staff (and other customers) about mask use, despite the new Hamilton mask bylaw. Some cashiers with no mask. Other staff walking around with their masks pulled down, engaging with customers and other staff. Will not be returning.

I shop here all the time, it's a great store! The staff are very friendly, the produce is fresh and they have a lot of healthy food and beauty products. They don't have a good variety of meats though.

Tons of organic, gluten free, raw and vegan stuff. The only problem I ever have here is they tend to run out of stock frequently. Other than that staff are crazy sweet, shop is lovely to linger in and food bar is awesome (and special diet friendly)
