Great place to shop for feed. Inside staff always quickly greet us, offer help finding things and have a sense of humour. The guys outside quickly and accurately organize our order and load it in the truck. Keep up the great work!

Willow Wind is the local livestock and pet food place. Its small but stocked with goodies for animals and animal lovers. It's always fun to poke around in. It's chief competitor would be Buckerfield's, in terms of the things they sell, but there is an added charm to Willow Wind in that the retail section is quite small and not overwhelming for those who want to get in and get out fast. The service is always great and its always a young woman who's into horses staffing the till. You can just tell. There's that wholesome look and bright smile. There are also two fat, lazy cats on on patrol for mice... That is, when they're not passed out at the till or resting on a bag of kibble. So if you're allergic, maybe keep that in mind. Willow Wind stocks all kinds of top brand pet food and pet treats, and has a wide variety of Canadian products, which I appreciate. I get a certain type of fish snack there for a highly picky border collie that I haven't found anywhere else. They also have a warehouse full of all types of hay (by bag or bale) and feed. And they have fun stuff for compulsive shoppers like me; you can buy such things as decorative signs (mine says 'life on the farm is better'), good quality horse apparel and boots, novelty pj's with farm/animal themes, novelty mugs and so on. I have a giant t-shirt nightie with a picture of an annoyed looking fox in curlers drinking coffee that says 'for fox sake' on the front, and I got it in a size large enough to fit me (not going there!). Prices are not those of Walmart, but they're not bad either. You get what you pay for, right? And there is every dog toy known to man in Willow Wind too. All in all, a great, well-run little store.
Awesome place, helpful staff, dog treats for much more reasonable prices then mainstream stores and they carry DGP for dogs!
