I was looking for information on spin instructor training and wanted to learn more about the one on one sessions (which costs more than the in class sessions) with this Sonja. I sent an email through their website and called and left a message. It has been weeks and I have not heard back. It is unfortunate because I do not want to travel over to Richmond or Vancouver to get this training.
Sonja is not just a fitness trainer but is so knowledgeable on so many different levels from fitness to nutrition. The total package if you are looking for a coach.
