Tyson Dylan have been super helpful since day 1 (literally, I visited this store on the day it opened). Despite my stopping in only a few times a year, they're always willing to go above and beyond to help out with odds and ends, and unique requests, like when someone has double locked their bike to mine, that require them to go way beyond their job descriptions and canvas surrounding businesses. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back...maybe for another bike, though probably first for lights since I seem incapable of keeping reflectors on my pedals :) Thanks guys!
Tyson, Dylan, and the rest of the team have been servicing my gravel and mountain bikes since the first day they opened. All of the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer any of your questions. Service times, even during incredibly busy periods, are fast, and the work is top notch. I'm happy to call Giant Victoria my local bike shop, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for bike servicing, or to purchase a new bike.

Giant Victoria was one of the first places I visited when I moved to Victoria, B.C. The staff were all friendly and incredibly knowledgeable (hooking me up with a new bike and even going so far as to tell me what the hospital's (my new job's) bike lock up was like). I could always count on them for great service/tune ups, so that I never went too long without two wheels. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tyson offered to buy me a new bike after he found out mine had been stolen. I mean, what more do I need to say!?! I cannot recommend Giant Victoria enough. Tyson is clearly committed to supporting his community (so go support his business!).
