I have been camping for 3 weeks and have had to purchase 3 different tents. Canadian Tire handled my issues and let me exchange, with my receipt. The first one leaked at the bottom seems, the second one there was an issue with the poles, but the third one; a Coleman 3 person tent has been wonderful! Set up was easy! It is spacious and good height area I can almost stand up in. It has rained several times and I am kept dry. I had several options to chose from. Drew the salesperson was friendly, helpful and he gave me the run down on each tent I was considering. Drew was knowledgeable and professional, which I appreciated very much! I write this review from inside my new tent and reccomend seeking Drew's help, if needed.
This is a very nice spacious two level store. They often have great deals if you look out for them. I've always had OK service from the staff. I've given 3/5 stars because my recent purchase was a tool weighing around 40 lbs. If I bought it at Home Depot, I would guarantee they would offer to help me load it into my vehicle.
Inventory is broad and well chosen enough to carry things I want. Prices are only a little high. Even when there's a lot going on, staff members somehow conduct themselves in good decorum and keep being helpful (I guess that's what I'm paying for and this is worth it for me). Their Mastercraft tool line is decent enough and they honour their warranties quite well.
One the best Canadian Tire stores I've seen. Spacious, well laid out, with a comprehensive range of stock. Staff are always helpful and friendly in this branch. A wide range of household, automotive, home improvement, and outdoor items at this store. Using the Canadian Tires online store, you can check if something is in stock at this branch, and it usually is! Alternatively, you can order an item online and pickup at the store, another bonus way to shop if home delivery is not suitable.
