Debra and her staff were exceptional. Debra phoned me when my item was in stock. When I arrived, she dropped everything to assist me and had another staff help load my vehicle. They really put customer satisfaction first. I am very happy and will recommend this store.

Deb and Tammy are great. We recently renovated our bedroom powder room and we bought the vanity, mirror and barn door from big box in vernon. They look feel like high end material but at a discount price. I have another bathroom to do and we have purchased a 72 inch vanity from them as well.
We recently purchased an LG dryer from the Big Box Outlet Store in Vernon.. Buying a dryer was made a lot easier by the help we received from Tammy. Tammy was there to answer our questions but also gave us space to make decisions. She was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Thank you Tammy,. You go above and beyond to make customers happy!
They don't display any signs or suggestions anywhere inside or outside that the store policy is that you can't have a bag. I refuse to leave all my valuables on the floor near the exit of the store. I simply wouldn't have entered the store if I knew I would be hunted down and confronted by an employee. I'm aware that walking and carrying a bag is somehow unaccepted by certain stores (with signs on the door) hence why you should warn customers with a sign or statement, instead of the false sense of security that I am welcome to shop without scrutiny.
We have been shopping at Big Box Vernon since moving to Vernon 3 years ago. Deb is always so helpful and friendly. She knows her inventory well and without a blink of an eye she will direct us to whatever we are looking for. We’ve been to other BB outlets and there is no comparison. Her store is extremely organized and customer service is excellent. She is continually directing her staff to ensure the store runs smoothly. It is apparent that Vernon’s BB operates as well as it does because of Deb.
