the technician Washington was great. He was neat and tidy. He was patient and explained everything to me. He even showed me how to clean out the machine so my machine would last longer. Love these guys. Great Service!

Really impressed with these guys! When I realized my freezer appeared to be defrosting, I put the call in to RepairCare. Their friendly and knowledgeable agents took down all my info, after explaining clearly the process to get the wheels turning. A repair tech arrived the next day within my requested window, diagnosed the faulty part, which he actually had in his van. He installed it and had me back in business within an hour, and Their 90 day parts and labour warranty gave me the peace of mind I needed. I would recommend Repaircare to anyone looking for fast, competent and friendly service !

Thank you for great and professional service. at the past I called your competitors, and they have sent someone to fix the dishwasher, who charged us over 300, and the issue remained the same, they had to send 3 different people to resolve the issue, this is why i appreciate getting issue fixed from the 1st visit. it was a great experience to deal with your company, since you were professional, knowledgable and honest people,we feel like you charged us fair price (compared to what we paid before for much smaller job, with your competitors). THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET SERVICE FROM! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! Made a house call August 11 - to \fix\ our ice machine in our fridge that wasn't working We paid 1/2 the part and labour bill up front (800) - did not hear from the company for a MONTH! Started calling them for an update as to where our parts were and when service would be completed... They kept saying they would call back with an update - AND NEVER WOULD Finally middle of October (and probably the 5th time I called the company) I requested our deposit to be returned - and to just be done with this horrible experience... It is now October 29th... I have not received my 800 back.. I just called them for my money again... they said I SHOULD be getting a cheque in my mail the second week of November... the deposit (800) LESS the house call to the house on august 11 (85 - WHAT?!?!?!) There is nothing QUICK about this company, it is so poorly managed, they take your money and then never supply the service or the parts... beyond frustrated that I was taken advantage this way and my money held hostage!
