The most popular Mango Pomelo Sago Slush - tried out 50% sugar slush, it’s just delicious. The taste is on point and it also has grapefruit flavour I guess? A bit overly priced (7.95) for a slush, but worth the try for once. Not so busy on Saturday evening and got the order right away.

Fresh and delicious tea. Yifang offers a wide variety of basic and quite unique flavours of tea. I have yet to find one I haven't loved! Also, their tapioca pearls are my favourite pearls of any boba restaurant I have tried. They are fresh and slightly smaller than other...super great!
The guy that was serving me was so sweet. He helped me with the bubble tea choices for mango and I'm glad he suggest me the mango pomelo. My niece and nephew shared it and they loved it! I had to taste it and it was really good. The door was wide open, so I didn't have to touch the handle nor worry about touching anything. Thank you
Love their fruit tea, sugar cane milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. Friendly staff and fast service. The new Doraemon bottles are sooo cute though they are single use plastic. I wish the COVId ends soon so we can go back to using our own containers. The owner at this location is very environmental conscious, one of the few bubble tea placed that let customers use their own container for a slight discount since they opened last year, appreciate the effort.
Friendly staff at this location. Newly renovated and tons of free parking behind and on the streets. Would recommend this location as it's very accessible with lots of tables and seating as well.
Go to BOBA MONSTER, it's just down the street at 41st. Trust me. Give it a try, and guarentee you will not come here anymore. Boba is so flavorful! Its not watered down like this place does. Plus it less then 5 and hey if you dont like boba after all then you flavourless people can come back here. Hehe

Love their mango pomelo saga slush and milk tea! the best I ever had, i guess its because they always use Organic Milk in their drink! It does taste better than gross milk powder!
