Mobile oxygen technician, Mr. Richard S, delivers knowledgeable expertise and exceptional two thumbs up service to my elderly father each time when service is required. He goes the extra mile for customer service with his excellent kind care and patience. So thankful he was able to solve a big matter on his lastest visit this year end 2020.

My experience of VitalAire Vancouver is 100% positive. Deesh, my consultant has been professional, amenable, informative and has full, comprehensive knowledge of all he Cpap therapy issues and questions I have had. I would not hesitate in recommending this branch and their services to anyone in need of Cpap therapy

Never thought sleep apnea can be a SERIOUS health concern until I consulted with Deesh and Elenita at VitalAire Healthcare in Vancouver. After their thorough screening process, that included a free trial to assess my need for a CPAP machine, I've been identified as a good candidate for one. From helping me get a pre-authorization with my employee benefits provider to assisting me in how to use the machine, the service I received was top-notch! I highly recommend VitalAire...thanks again Deesh and Elenita for your help! 5 stars

Most of the people are great to work with but the schedules for delivery and pickup are rather rigid. I called today to pick up equipment. The woman on the phone was rather heartless and there was only one day for pickup. She announced it and that's it - no choice. I had to accommodate them. There are a lot of people living in this area. Why is it not possible to deliver and pickup on different days and different times? Why is it not possible to leave a message other than an emergency message on their voice mail on week-ends?

Extremely poor customer service and management system. Their CPAP machine is extremely overvalued at 3500 while you can buy the same brand and model online for around 1300 with mask and tube. Avoid if possible.
