Overall, this has been the best car buying experience I’ve had. If your main concern is working with an honest company that will take care of your buying needs, then follow up with outstanding support in the case something goes wrong - then this is your company.

The experience we had at Vancouver Mitsubishi when purchasing a previously owned vehicle was really great and the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. We had visited many dealerships before this one, and had pretty bad experiences at all of them. The team at Vancouver Mitsubishi was completely different. Renato listened to what we were looking for, and even brought in his Sales Manager, James, to make sure that all of our needs were met and our concerns were addressed. Andrew was also great at explaining the final details to us and signing off on the deal. They all treated us and our time with respect, and we would recommended their service to others looking to buy a vehicle in the future.

Great experience. Went to another dealer in Richmond. Was saying no fees but they force their value package for almost 2,000. We got a great cash deal here and paid 495 fee. Very fair. Thank you Jim for great deal.
Thank you for your excellent customer service. Peter Jung did a wonder job in helping our family find the right vehicle. He sales approach was very kind and practical. He didn't push things I didn't want. That added to our purchase experience and made it a pleasure to chose Vancouver Mitsubishi. Also the standard 10year 160,000km warranty adds confidence to my purchase as I an new to the Mitsubishi brand. And being a CVT skeptic the warranty adds confidence that this is a good product.
