Pedego Vancouver is great. Ann and Colin are very helpful every time I go in to get my Stretch serviced. If you want an ebike- buy a Pedego, and buy it here! My Pedego has changed my life and opened up so much more of Vancouver to me, my kids love it too. I am a very happy owner of a Red Stretch that I ride year round in all weather.
Without a doubt the very best E bike store. I wouldn’t have been so impressed if I hadn’t had such a terrible experience at another e bike store. Such attention to detail as well as consideration to our needs and wants in an ebike can’t be surpassed. As well great parking in the back. Ann, the owner, is the best! We love our Pedego bikes! Turning 70 and I knew it was time to enjoy an ebike. Ann helped me pick out the model that suited me and I have never looked back! I love the boost feature and built-in quality.
There was some miscommunication or really the lack of among the staffs but Colin who helped us was very accommodating and knowledgeable which made the experience superb! The Pedego commuter bike is stylish and powered by 500W. It made hills a walk in the park. We had tons of fun and rode them to many places!
