The guys there were super helpful with a lot of expertise but no expectations! Really nice service. They have bins of used parts so if you're looking to just replace, append or upgrade your bike, they have a bunch of options for a really good price. I got some MTB clip in pedals and am very happy.

Trying to find a place to wash and clean your bike in Vancouver has been a challenge for me..I called in today and they were able to clean my bicycle and I'm just so happy I didn't have to do it myself.. I'd rather have someone who knows about bicycles to clean every detail..okay I understand that it costs 20 and sure I waited around the area for 3 hours and it's not like this shop is well designed and like the bike shop I usually go to but, it was well worth it because cleaning a bicycle is definitely not like cleaning a car..so much more details are involved because of all the little tiny parts plus they had other bicycles to work on as well... They we're very accommodating to my request in using my chain cleaner ( muc off) and oil that I supplied them with because I'm very particular about the cleaning brand that is being used on my chain. Anyway, I'm definitely coming back here and I'm very thankful. Also to mention...every single spoke on my bike is so shiny as if I just bought my bicycle today and all the little components in the wheel drive, under my seat and so forth is all beautifully cleaned..and my chain finally has all the dirt and build up all cleaned and oiled up and looks so smooth.. Thank you! I'll be back! I hope more people come in and get thier bicycles cleaned here since u guys deserve the business! Ps..im very pleased as well because I didn't expect all the details that was mentioned to me about the clicking noise on my bicycle. Great quality service..this shop is like a diamond in the rough..

I took my bike in yesterday to get a new shifter cable installed, it's a nuvinci shifter and Hub. I also requested for my back wheels to be centered because i felt it was a little off, which they did a good job of fixing. I was able to ride to the store with the shifter will half working as i still had the overdrive shifter in there. display working as normal. then I was told by the person working on my bike that the shifter fell apart when he opened it and it was due to \wear and tear\ okay pointing out the white marks inside the shifter housing... (ps it was lubricant and not wear and tear marks) since they were closing i didn't take a good look at it on the spot and trusted what the guy said instead took it home where i inspected the shifter, it works fine...... that Cog that fell off was not from wear and tear, it was from force as the person working on it decided he wanted to change the overdrive cable and didn't know how to access it and most likely tried to force his way into it and broke the cog as the 'white marks' is lubricant that can be rubbed off. so long story short, went in with a small problem came out with a broken shifter display but the shifter still works fine. the shifter was taken apart, the perfectly good overdrive shifter cut and removed so i came out with it in a worse condition than i went in with. I've been able to superglue the cog back in place, but it's still a little flimsy but works for now, and will be installing the new cables myself. but the even worst part is i'm missing a screw that screws the plastic cover onto my shifter.... it was not returned to me in the bag of shifter parts..... im sure they are good with working with normal parts but if they were not familiar with these bike parts, i would of rather they said they didn't know how to service it and returned the bike rather then breaking it and then try to play it off as it was already broken.
