You get what you pay for. Have to go in regularly for frame tightening. Lenses not very scratch resistant and the fitting was not done properly so the perfect line of sight is off. Customer service is fabulous and they replaced a frame for free once and always are willing to adjust the frames. so.. Pros and cons

Do not go to this location. Staff are not very friendly or helpful. When I tried my glasses on for the first time, and my vision was completely off, they told me to just try wearing them to get used to them. I was confident something was off. The glasses gave me headaches, and turns out they slightly changed the prescription that my doctor gave me. Decided to go to the Commercial location and the super helpful staff member (tall, dark hair, clear-ish frames) realized in 2 seconds that the lenses were INSTALLED BACKWARDS. He popped them the right way and I could see so much better! Because the lenses were installed wrong, they also stretched my frames out all weird, so had to get that bent back. All in all, a frustrating and negative experience (other than the staff member at Commercial who was excellent and super knowledgeable, so cheers to them!). Customer service training and more education might be useful for other locations. I will not be returning for glasses in the future.
Went in with my boyfriend to grab some new specs for myself. It’s a great location in the heart of Main Street with a nice selection. Super affordable yet chic and stylish! Had all the different lens options (thinning, coatings, polarizing, nose pads etc.) The direct billing process was easy. The staff were incredibly friendly gals and were happy to offer their opinions on which glasses looked better on me. I really wish I had remembered their names (one had a really neat eye of horus tattoo). This will be a place I’ll be coming back to and will be recommending to friends and family!
