We were looking for buying our first bikes since this brand Is recognize worldwide... But the staff doesn't even care about our concerns and needs. They looked like to want to close the store and not providing relevant information. Really bad customer service at the store.

Great service. Everyone made purchasing my first bike for over 10 years a really easy purchase. Shout out to Tennessee for making it happen. Can't wait to get my new bike out.

Extremely knowledgeable and kind staff! They will answer all the questions you have for road or mtn biking, race or leisure riding! Go check them out, so happy they are in my neighbourhood!

I went to pick up the bike I purchased today online after being contacted by staff to tell me it was ready. After getting my receipt ready, the salesperson informed me that I needed photo ID to collect it. I wasn't aware of this in advance and currently don't have any. I left the store and the staff followed me out the door. At this point I decided I wanted a refund. I no longer want the bike. I asked a favor to get a drive over there from my employer at a time of day I really shouldn't be away from my station, and it ended up being for nothing. I was already making them wait for no reason longer than expected, so we drove away. I needed a moment to calm down. I called the store to work out how to get a refund and was put through to the same salesperson. He told me that they could hold the bike 'for a few days' to which I responded I should f---- hope so, seeing as I had already paid for it, but that hardly mattered seeing as how I wanted my money back. I could hear him laughing over the phone. I'm not going to pretend I was anything close to civil with him after that, but then what did he expect? I just want my money back, I don't think I'll be taking any business to that location again. 20 minutes after I got back to work, I got an email informing me that my bike was ready for pickup, informing me I needed photo ID. Bear in mind this was probably the better part of an hour after the phone call I got where they didn't mention anything about photo ID. Despite making it very clear that I wanted a refund, a few minutes after that email, I got another one informing me that my bike is now ready for pickup at Giant Bicycles' Squamish location. I guess that salesperson wasn't done having a laugh, since clearly the guy begging his boss for rides across town should have a really fun time getting out to Squamish and back to pick up a bicycle.

Highly recommended store for anyone who has no experience whatsoever about road bike. A big shout-out to Jill and Ale (hope I get the names right), they have great knowledge background of cycling, gave me a lot of advices on how to choose the right bike for myself. I'm very happy with my choice.
