They have a great selection of top quality items. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are not pushy but eager to direct you. Even if you don't live nearby - it's worth the trip. They impressed me when they were one of the first businesses on Davie street to implement Covid19 protocols.

Seriously the best store I've ever been. I love that it's small and intimate. I walked in a few months ago complaining of terrible headaches and feeling weak - the woman who helped me instantly suggested that I may need iron pills and showed me a natural BC made supplement. I've been taking it for 3 months now and feel better than ever. They also have some really cool products to try out (drink mixes like lions mane teas and mushroom coffees) and it always always smells soooooo good!
