I was gifted a diffuser that was not inexpensive. It is poorly constructed, the “cover” barely sits on the diffuser portion and wobbles. The first time I filled it up and put oil in, it drains out the bottom of its bumped at all. They will not issue a refund or a credit. I have to send it back, have it troubleshot and IF they feel better to fixed I’ll get it back or they’ll give me a credit to use on their site. So I can buy another product that is poorly made and expensive. They let me know this is part of their “Positively Outrageous Customer Service”...it’s outrageous all right. They say it’s for the environment which given the entire thing is cheap plastic it must be the only way they can try to say they are an environmentally friendly company. Buyer be warned. Do not purchase from this company. “We offer a Diffuser Efficacy Guarantee: we stand behind the quality of our diffusers and will take back any unit that is no longer functional. In order to protect the environment and reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used, functional units. We always try to fix the Diffuser first, if we are able to fix it, great! We send it back your way, good as new. If not, we offer an E-Gift Card for the value of the diffuser so that you can purchase a new one. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds to your original method of payment for diffusers.”

I love coming into this store. If I need a place were the stress is down and the people are friendly I come here. The staff is so friendly and I never feel pressure to buy. I came in today just to get rid of my headache that I got from another store with so many smells it literally hurt my head and that peppermint halo was working before I left the mall. Thank you for creating a wonderful space.

I won’t be going back to this store. I think it was the assistent manager (with glasses) that I dealt with. I walked in and was immediately approached (which is good because it was the first time I have been in this store) and asked what I wanted, I explained that I wanted an oil that would help me sleep at night and one that would help with focus for school work. She then tried to get me to buy the roller ones which is not what I wanted and I explained that when I first walked in that I already have oils that I roll on but I wanted to try the diffuser oils. She then pointed me to a section of the store and said the stress and sleeping oils are on that wall. I asked about which were good for what I needed and got rudely told to read the signs. She stood over by the entrance for the remaining 15 minutes I was in the store and she helped other people and explained how the oils worked but didn't help me? After I bought a few, I realized they overcharged me on the oil because the tag on the bottle was 1.75 cheaper than the price I paid. This was my first and will be my last time shopping here.

First time I walked in to the Abbotsford store. Been going to Langley store before. I walked in and right away someone approached me and I said what I came in for and she took me right to the stuff I came in for. Very friendly and it all went pretty quick. Just how I like to shop.

I am so glad that there is a Saje location in Abbotsford! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. When one of my favourite items was discontinued, the staff helped me to find a suitable alternative. I also appreciated the information they shared with me, without making me feel like I had to make a purchase that would not suit my needs.
