Very good gym overall! I've been going here for roughly 2 years now and I've always enjoyed my time here, very friendly environment and good staff. Very easy membership process and I barely have to think about the billing after, any issues are very quickly resolved. The equipment isn't the most advanced in the world but it has everything you need to build muscle, burn fat or both! Definitely worth your time.

It's a gem of gyms in Vancouver. I started going there only this summer and had but the best experience since. The manager and all the staff are pleasant and friendly but more importantly, always busy keeping the place clean and functioning. And it's not an easy task, especially during these \covid\ times. It might look like a small place but it's deceiving since there are three floors ,each assigned a slightly different use with adequate weights and machines. Suited to serious muscle guys and girls but also novices alike, nobody would feel out of place. There is always plenty of cleaning cloth and disinfectant ,courtesy of very attentive staff. And you can see that they do care about the gym. All I can say is , thank you for your hard work, I definitely appreciate it. Thanks to you , I have a great place to go and have my little workout.
I rarely write reviews but my god this place. To be fair I only went once as a trial but it was terrible. Staff was rude, facilities were old and dirty. If that was all, I'd probably give them a 3. What's worse is how they treat people. My friend was a long time customer of this gym (who also recommended it to me) but then got totally screwed over when it switched to new management. AVOID!!
It pains me to even give this place a 1/5. I never write reviews but oh man is this place sketchy. Only join if you want management to steal your money! Totally with the other negative reviews!!
