I ordered a get-well bouquet through Teleflora for my daughter in Vancouver. Downtown Florist filled the order and they did a wonderful job. The service was very prompt and the arrangement is stunning. So fresh and bright and cheerful, along with an adorable teddy bear and a cute get-well sign. Would highly recommend!

My mom and my boyfriends mother both live in Vancouver so I called this florist to prepare 2 orchid arrangements for Mother's day. To be honest I don't think I clearly described what I wanted on the phone but they were really patient with me and described each and every type of orchids colour. I placed my order to be delivered a bit before Mother's day as I know it get's really busy during this time of year. My mom saw the card I had asked the staff to leave on the arrangement for her and she was incredibly touched. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a florist. These arrangements were so beautiful. Thank you so much.
I cannot say enough good things about Downtown Florist and the two sisters that own and operate this small, boutique florist. With the COVID situation I am not able to celebrate Christmas with my grown kids, so I requested a center-piece created by D.T. Florists. I can trust them to make something not only special but perfect!! Funny story, my son sprang his wedding on us, with less than a weeks notice. On the way to the service my soon-to-be, daughter-in-law, asked us to pick up a bouquet from the corner grocery. Knowing Won & Ann to be open, I stopped in to see what they might be able to pull together for my daughter-in-law and son. Well we left the shop 15 minutes later with one of the most beautiful, delicate bouquets, matching boutonnieres and lovely bouquets for the hostess. I will be forever in their debt for stopping everything and creating the beauty that topped off my son's special day. Side note: first grandchild finally arriving, 6 years later!!
The women working here are very nice. This shop has cool colored roses that I love getting. Makes a bouquet all the more unique and outstanding. My go to Florist.
My parents anniversary was a few days ago, and I had to help my dad order flowers for my mom. The results were absolutely beautiful, they added more flowers than what we ordered and my parents loved it. Thanks again for the arrangement...
