I've been loving my experience at CU since my first day, more than 3 years ago and joining is one of the best life decisions I've ever made!! I've seriously transformed my body and mindset, and could not have done it without the exceptional coaching support (special thanks to EKD) and the friendly, welcoming environment. I've been continually impressed with the ongoing level of investments and innovation in new equipment, diverse class programming and athlete & community initiatives. The canine crowd presence is a big plus too :D
Great CrossFit location with friendly, welcoming and professional staff and trainers that suit every level of athlete from beginner to competition lifters. Well sized work out spaces and a variety of training classes available at all times of day to fit almost anyone’s work / life schedule. Great sense of community with its members and other local businesses, and occasional fun in-house competitions and events to challenge every level of athlete. Also very dog friendly !
Great gym with solid coaching! Dropped in this morning and was greeted immediately by EJ. He was super friendly and made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this gym
