I love this place ! It’s upstairs in International Village / Tinseltown in the Food Court. The guy (owner ? He’s always there) is attentive & efficient. They have a very large selection of all sorts of Bubble Tea. The BT slush is my favourite. They have many flavors, as well as Fresh Fruit BT slush. I often have Strawberry Watermelon with half pearls & half coconut jelly. They also have 4 or so specials each day that are on a sign by the counter. Be sure to check them out !

Decent bubble tea but not the best out there. Ordered a mango slush with pearls first time around. The pearls are soft with a good texture and the slush was creamy and didn't taste artificial. However, I ordered the watermelon slush and that was fantastic. Refreshing and surprisingly served it during this season. Bubble tea is priced very reasonably and the owner is very friendly. If you are in the area often, they have stamp cards so you can redeem a drink! Highly recommended!

Not great...had better . Don’t get the almond BBT because it has this funny smell . I ended up going back to ask for another one or get my money back. He was good enough to make me another one.

Prices are a little high for tea but this is quality tea and is delicious. They have a huge selection of various kinds of tea with various ways they can prepare them.

Superb bubble tea. Nice variety of flavors. You can get tea, slush with fresh fruit, and artisan flavor powder. They even got these bubble themed waffles now to go with your drink so that's pretty neat. The bubble tea man is such a good man he'll even serve it with specifically three bubbles if you ask politely. All in all, Fantastic bubble tea, Fantastic bubble man, Fantastic fake replicas do not touch they are fake they will fine you 20 if you break it. 10/10 which equals 1 so I give them a 1 which is 100%.
