I had to travel from Prince George BC, and they made my experience as easy as possible. From all the staff and x-ray and MRI people to all the front counter people delt with my wife and I very professionally. The greatest thing is that my spine surgery was discussed around a round table as my surgeon stated and I got multiple doctors making the decision for me not just one. The recovery for a week was great the doctors, nurses and pain specialist were fantastic. I've read some of the comments and I was quite taken back, as everyone needs to understand this is an incredible large scale surgery, and you are going to feel pain and be disabled for sometime, this is the best place to ever be if you need them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you all.

very unhelpful staff. I assist a lady with disabilities, they booked her an appt without contacting her (even though they had our phone number) and sending her medical information to a wrong address. Had to rebook for a later date which we were 15 minutes late for due to her inability to hold her bowels because of her disability, they turned us away. At this point in time I would think that especially the medical field would have a bit of an understanding for people with special conditions. Very disappointing.
Was disappointed with my appointment. My back has been causing me pain for a while now and I had been looking forward to this appointment to hopefully hear some suggestions or guidance for next steps. The physio seemed to disregard my pain and make me feel like it wasn’t a big deal- even though my life has completely changed because of my injury. My report I received after my appointment was not detailed, like it was supposed to be, and was not useful. Don’t get your hopes up for feeling supported, getting guidance for next steps, and feeling heard.
Very little respect for patients who have to travel - be careful before you decide to travel here.
The Secretary is really rude. And also lies to patients. Will never go to that place.
