This dealership get ZERO stars. Terrible sales. Beware and use extreme cation when dealing with this place!!! Or just avoid all together And NO it's not Aaron the previous owner. Its current ownership, sales and management. It's shane the salesman who said my car is from a 3rd party and nothing to do with your dealership. after you said you would take it for a certain price then back stepped on it. I got the car from Autoform and now you say it's nothing to do with you.Then try to offer me some low ball offer way under value. Nice try.

Came here for the RS5. Even though I didn't get the vehicle in the end because the car was sold, but Will and the sales manager Ross here has provided me with excellent service. They are patient, and are willing to listen to your need and provide you professional advice, I would definitely recommend these guys if someone is looking to buy a car!
I had a deal with a salesman, came all the way down there from Abbotsford to find that he wasn't working. The manager wouldn't give me the deal the salesman had agreed on and increased the price by 500. So now when I drive my BMW, two years later, what I remember about Autoform is that they are weasels like any other used car dealership - just with nicer cars. Oh and I had to shell out another thousand dollars to convert the car to Canada so the Connected Drive would work. Stop spamming me like I'm a happy customer.
The Autoform team took care of my transaction from start to finish. I let them know I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and they found me the perfect ride. I was hoping for 2016/17 with under 40,000kms; they beat that and got me a 2018 with under 15,000kms. This thing is perfect and the service along the way was exceptional!
I hardly take the time to do reviews, because it takes time, and most brands/companies fail to meet expectations on service and quality. My experience with Autoform has been nothing short of stellar! I had my vehicle in for service and to check a few issues recently. From booking the appointment, to the service approach and level of service, to the cost v. value, and how the team recovered and did the "right thing" when there were a couple of mistakes made, more than impressed me and earned not only my business for all three of our vehicles, but made me a super fan of the Autoform brand and business. I highly recommend giving them a try, as you will not be sorry.
