This company has the worst shipping system! i called a few times to ask about a load, all they can say \ohh driver left late\ \oh you will get your foam soon\ absolutely hate dealing with this company's staff! Drivers are always in a hurry to leave, they just toss the foam and rip bags. There shipping supervisor never has an idea what products they are shipping, everytime i ask them or give them a PO all they say to me is \oh you dont know what you ordered!\ absolute frustration!
