The worst ER, you’ll die before a doctor sees you. Waited on the waiting room for 7 hours and when I’d ask someone from the staff they were very rude . Oh and after the 7 hours I walked out to go to a different ER.

Just 1 question - Why? Why do you make anyone wait so so so so much, unless anyone is in dying condition? I really feel bad for the medical system here. We don’t need your free wifi service here - we need fast service! This is frustrating! If you come along with EMS only then you are priority! Wow! My wife got chest pain all of a sudden at midnight around 12:15am, and we live right across university hospital, so we rushed to Emergency without calling 911, as we entered we did inform the nurse that the pain is 9 out 10 and we need to see doctor, they got us registered in their own relaxing pace and not give #&& and made us wait for hours for no reason! This is when I realized why I am here!!!!!!!

I mean youre never happy having to go to the Emergency Room, but from start to finish the staff was awesome, very profressional and very friendly; made the whole experience comfortable and reassured me the whole way through. Thank you U of A! I'm so grateful for all the work you did

The worst hospital ever. Waited their in the waiting area for more than 7 hours went to ask the emergency Staff very very Rude, don’t give answer don’t even tell you how many people are ahead, when asked all they did was nod their head. Stand their and talk to each other for hours the main reason for the spread is them. I wish their was a 0 star. Very very very unprofessional.

Thank you very much for your help. I have never met such a nice caring doctor and most of all nurse. You guys went beyond my expectations. Along with the paramedics I couldn’t have asked for better!!! Thank you again for your hard work and caring. Forever thankful.

We got here around 630 and we never got helped until we got tired of it and left around 10pm. Ridiculous service for an emergency room. In addition, the people next us waiting asked for an iphone charger and they've got them before I even got treated. Oath right lol
