I purchased my very first Volkswagen from TownCountry Volkswagen, service was great but Simon Wong was outstanding. He is one of the best sales reps I have ever come across in my 20 years of car shopping. Simon was a great listener, he did his best to understand my needs and what I was looking for in my new car. He tailored a car/deal best suited for my needs and requirements, he wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt like I was an old client of his and that my needs were first and foremost thanks to his undivided attention. When visiting ask reception for Simon Wong, you won’t be disappointed.
Just had my winter tires changed this morning at Town and Country. I was in and out in 45 minutes! Amazing! Saif is always so pleasant and polite and super efficient today.
Great place to go if you want to be overcharged. Strongly recommend any other VW dealership or private garage. You couldn’t possibly do worse. I gave 2 stars for them not breaking anything...
In the spring of 2019 I purchased a 2015 Passat from this dealership (Markham location on Kennedy). The car has been fantastic and the sales experience was top notch. If you are in the market for a Volkswagen, I would recommend you go in and have a chat with Joe G. Dealing with Joe was the best sales interaction/experience I've had at a car dealership - he was very knowledgeable about the different models I was interested in, and he offers a no-pressure, empathetic, and personalized approach to making sure you get the right car for you! After finalizing the purchase he walked me through all the different options on the car and followed up a couple weeks later to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks again Joe!!
Waited 5 months for a paint warranty claim they NEVER even submitted. Also their waiting room for service does not follow any social distancing with foot traffic, so make sure you arrange a place to go while your cars there. If I could give a 0/5 stars I would!
Our experience at Town Country VW was absolutely amazing! We purchased a 2021 Atlas Cross Sport Highline and could not be more happier! Mike Ko was a pleasure to deal with. I have never written reviews, this is my first one as I cannot leave without writing for their exceptional service by Alan Cheung and his manager.Alan Cheung made our shopping experience incredible,He is very transparent about the car details and what to expect in terms of pricing. He even offered advice on what I should and shouldn't do and how his suggestions would benefit me in the long run. He never pushed me to make the purchase and gave me space to talk with my family and make a good decision. We are incredibly happy we decided to purchase through this dealership and salesperson Alan. Although this purchase did not happen due to the availability and our requirement. I definitely recommend going to Alan Cheung for all your vehicle needs. Thanks to Alan Cheung and his manager to going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
