It said closes at 5pm and I arrived at 16:30. The store was closed!
Staff at this location are very Rude and Patronizing, sometime they will not even accept our packages - I am shocked that UPS allow this level of service? - maybe the staff need a break or change of career?
The man was extremely rude. I came here to return a package and he refused to scan my package or give me a receipt. This package was a new iPhone from the apple store so I was adamant about dropping it off without seeing it get scanned or get a receipt. He insisted they don’t give receipts which is sketchy because I have been provided receipts at another ups location.
Worst customer service ever, and from the other reviews I'm not alone in this opinion. Find another store
Went to drop off a pre-paid return item. The Chinese man with the glasses behind the counter is THE WORST representative I've encountered in a while. Incredibly rude and condescending. I asked him to tape a box (that contained a cell phone) before mailing and he said leave it with me and you can head out. Why not simply tape it, scan it and provide me with a receipt? Naturally, if the phone went missing, it would have been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!
Very rude and irresponsible staff, I wanted to return something I bought to the store, so I put the new return label on the box, but they lost my new label and scared the original label. Then after 2 weeks, the package was sent back to MY address again!!!
Leo is so unsupported and unhelpful. He doesn’t follow the rules from ups website. Won’t be here anymore!
