So I went to this dealership to check out a car for a friend. First, I don’t usually like doing that because I rarely have positive experiences with sales people when they find out I’m not actually buying the car. However, Susana changed my mind on that. She was extremely welcoming and patient with me from the moment I arrived. Was very helpful showing me the Audi S3 for sale on the lot. When she had to go photocopy my driver’s license for the test drive, she came back out with a bottle of water for me. Just a great experience overall and I wasn’t even buying a car. Definitely recommend this place - and talk to Susana.

Yesterday i called in to inquire for replacement breaks for my 2015 Mitsubishi lancer which i was happy to purchase at Markham Mitsubishi back then. I was passed on to 3 different person than the last person i talked to told me he will call me back. He never did so i called back to inquire again the next day. Spoke to a person on the phone, very disappointing conversation. First i told him what happened and yet no apologies coming from him. Second, not very pleasant to talk to over the phone. The one thing i like here before is good service , friendly personnel and better deals which i did not get . I guess not anymore.. At the end just ended the call disappointed. I was a customer for many years and also purchase my car here. Never experienced this bad service before in Markham Mitsubishi. I was planning to purchase an SUV here since i got my car Lancer but after this unpleasant experience . Not a chance.. Response to owner: I appreciate the quick reply . however I did email Mr.khan general manager unfortunately as expected no response coming from him. I guess Markham Mitsubishi lacks hard word and professionalism. No appreciation with loyal customers.Anyways don't want to waste anymore of my time, its obviously not worth it. Just avoid this branch as much as possible.
So far, I'm okay with their service. They also are quick to respond to email /phone inquiry. I do not like up-selling techniques, but I understand they need to sell.
Farahaz was very polite and helpful, actually helped me choosing the right car in my budget. Hassle free experience, no pressure at all from sales team , usually sales team in used car team pester you constantly to buy something , sales team showed me all the options and gave me enough time to choose the car. Khurshid from finance team was also helpful, gave me best interest Rate and easy loan approval. I got Honda Civic 2015 at a really good deal. Thank you Farahaz and Markham Mitsubishi for making my first car purchase experience easy and hassle free.
I bought my suv here and used to get my oil changes here. Tried calling this week and Jimmy answered then they hung up when it got to the service department. Tried calling 3 times thursday and friday and no one answered. Guess I'll be going to another dealership for my oil changes from now on.
Took delivery of a 2016 Toyota Sienna. Farahaz, is a pleasure to deal with, he is knowledgeable, patient and respectful. Jackie and others all chipped in to get the van registered and delivered on time. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience.
Got my car serviced here earlier today. Everyone was really courteous, and the service I got was really good.
