Beautiful shop and I was welcomed by a nice older lady who wanted to help me but unfortunately she did not speak any english and so there was this lady who later helped me and I am sorry to say that she looks like someone who just got out from mental hospital. She was rough and not friendly at all. I felt silly coming and buying my plant there like there isn’t any other choices elsewhere and by the way price isn’t cheap either . Anyway I did not want to have any problems with that crazy lady and made my purchase and got out as soon as possible. It will be my first and last coming back to that flower shop.

Beautiful flowers, and excellent selection but they need to work on customer service. I wanted to pick up some roses for my aunties after going to dim sum next door. The lady helping me treated me as if I was a nuisance. She was going to wrap them all together and I asked her politely not to as they were going to different people. She threw the flowers roughly on the table (bruising some petals in the process), flung the wrapper she had intended to use away onto the floor, stomped around slamming and throwing more things while wrapping then, snapped at me that these would be 4 each instead of 2 each, and got even more annoyed when I asked if they accept credit card, I usually pay in cash but this was impromptu decision. I used to come here to get flowers whenever I needed some (all souls day, mothers day, birthdays, flowers to decorate at home ect.), I doubt I'll be back after this last visit.
