I only use this company now out when there are no other viable options. They will try and rob you every chance they get to watch out. From extra annealing charges for product and then not annealing them properly to charging me custom fees for rose gold that I never ordered. Thats right be aware that they will put through quotes and then charge you for it. The worst part about the experience that they then changed the rose gold availability into ready stock 3 months later so had my quote been an order as they assumed and forced my to purchase I would have not been charged and custom fees if I had put an order in (175 a line 8 lines later).
