Rod at Kool Tech is a top notch professional. Our furnace went out on the coldest day that we have had so far this year. Most of the companies I called didn't answer their phones, (or bother to phone back) and the one that did answer his phone told me they were to busy. Rod always tries to answer, and in our case he got back to us in less that 2 minutes. He squeezed us in within the hour, and ordered the part we needed right on the spot. But most amazingly of all, he jerry rigged things so we could get some heat until the part came. The part came the next day, and a 8:00 p.m. that night Rod came and fixed the furnace. They are all busy at this time of year but this wonderful man did not want to leave us freezing. He works all hours to make things happen for his customers and he knows or wishes not to just leave people hanging. Thank you Rod, Sincerely Deborah & Ian Martin
