I can not say enough great things about this Vistek location. They have done an exceptional job at setting me up with the right gear. I only shop here for gear. They also have an incredible staff that is always willing to help, one of their sales associates Liam is exceptional and always happy to answer questions. He always puts the customers first and is extremely hard working, he provides great service that I could never find anywhere else! I look forward to continue shopping at this location.

I ordered a Godox AD400pro over the phone and paid for it. After a week, they did not send me the shipping details. I called them several times and they said that unfortunately they do not have it in stock. Then they said I got it in the store and I could pick it up. When it came to delivery, there were a lot of scratches on the back. I found out that this is an open box and they want to sell the open box product as brand new.

I definitely just made my final purchase at Vistek Toronto. The video department in this store is a colossal waste of time. I don't know how a store can employ people who care so little for the customer. DVSHOP thanks you for giving such a brutal customer experience. That's where my money will go from now on.

Great staff. Very helpful over the phone as well as in store. You get all you need related to cameras and accessories. I went here to buy GoPro 3.5mm mic adapter and got it for lower the price than anywhere else.
