Our sushi shop that we are always ordering from is closed and we decided to go and try something new. Me and my girlfriend came across this sushi shop and decided to give it a try because of its google reviews. The sushi the were cooking 25 minutes are incredibly small and expensive. I have never seen smaller pieces for the price they are offering for it. When they said 25 minutes we were kinda happy because we thought that they are going to cook it good, but unfortunately we made a mistake. The only reason I put two stars is because personal is very friendly, but if you looking for a high quality sushi place, avoid this one.

Best reasonably priced sushi I've had in Toronto! The quality of the sashimi speaks for itself and the few maki rolls I've tried have been uniquely great
This has been my sushi spot for years where the art of sushi and amazing quality and flavor intersect. I love at times just sitting at the seating in front of the chef and watching them create the yummy beautiful food.
Best in the area! Few more then others but the freshness and value you get is way better then all the sushi in the area. I eat here over 10 years.
Consistent quality food - rolls, sashimi, sushi all very good. Not a fan of their donburi bowls though. Rather underwhelming and they skimp on the meats. One server in particular could be a little more welcoming rather than snappy.
We come to that place for at least twice a month, and we always been happy with a service and food until yesterday. I have placed an order for pick up over the phone on August 27th at 7.42pm, and I was told that it will take 40 minutes to get ready, which I was completely ok with. My boyfriend came to pick up the order at 8.40pm and he was told that the order is not ready yet and he was asked to wait for another 10 minutes. By that time it was already an hour since I have placed an order and we couldn't wait any longer, as we had guests coming over and there was no parking availability on the side. My boyfriend kindly asked the host to pay for whatever they already have ready for us, as we could not wait any longer and only after he realized that kitchen didnt even started his order yet, and they wanted to take these 10 minutes just to rush on making 5 sets of our sushi for us! The host just lied to him to make it seem like they are busy ( one one table was taking and one customer waited for his order at the front) , while they just completely forgot to pass an order to the kitchen. It is ridiculous and unacceptable. We waisted more then an hour wait for no reason. Just because of that situation we would never come back again. Be honest with your customers, even if you simply forgot to punch an order!
