The strap had broken off one end of my leather purse and I came here to get it fixed. The owner fixed it very quickly and it looks great. There was a door drop-off so I felt safe given the COVID-19 situation. Would recommend!
Are they open now? Or do they just not answer the phone. I have shoes in there that I need.
New owners are wonderful! Gave my boots a second life and provided me with multiple options on how to address the issue with my boots. Added bonus: the new owners really cleaned the place. It no longer smells of cigarettes .

This store was bought 2 months ago and is under new management. The new owner, Noor, is really polite, honest and passionate about his craft. I’d disregard the reviews here talking about his predecessor. I brought him a pair of men’s leather shoes and he brought them back from the dead for 20. He also put a new sole on a pair of boots that had fallen off that I thought were garbage for 35. Amazing. I will be coming back with in the future 100%
They fixed my leather shoes and I received them back in a timely manner looking like new again. Came back three days later and they fixed my wifes shoes, which my wife was so happy and excited about.
I initially reviewed one star because they were closed but google said they were open. Turns out they were changing ownership. Just met the new owner and she’s fantastic and took great care of us!
