Nice Ambience with a Polite lady. But she doesn't speak proper English. Useful to have a Google translate ready but she can take orders in English to a doable extent. Will go again. Had the large mango fresh fruit green tea. My friend had some Milk Tea with Tapioca

Nice place for a bubble tea, with polite and friendly staff, and adorably cute bear and lightbulb bottles! The choices here are tremendous and it's so much fun to choose your drink! Slight downside is that it's a bit hard to spot when you're driving as its storefront is visibly below street level, and also parking IS a pain (though there is a green P parking right to the east of it thag peopoe often miss).
Customer service is amazing, ask for sherry she is amazing very patient and she took the time to explain the menu and helped us with our order !! Waiting for our order still didn’t try them
I literally travelled 45 mins to come here because I got a notification I have a free drink because it was my birthday month. I came in and just told to my face they are not doing it. I wish they did ask the FIVESTARS to not send out any Birthday Text. Thanks.
It’s a cozy place with a lot of options, but they didn’t let us stay there. Without any reason we were told to leave as soon as we got our drinks :( and it wasn’t the closing time
