I have been trying to get a reimbursement since the lockdown. The club illegally charged me for April after the lockdown. The manager of the place William finally agreed for reimbursement after chasing him for weeks. I am still waiting for the reimbursement. I understand it is difficult time for everyone, but I have been patient enough. This is getting personal... The club itself: repair your leaking roof and your lockers and have enough towels for your guests. Conclusion: Lack of professionalism and business ethics. Avoid this gym in the neighbourhood.

With an overhead sound system of the entire gym clashing with very loud (different), overpowering music (with very heavy bass) from a class in a room in the center of the gym which is not sound insulated, you end up with noise pollution which greatly detracts from one's ability to enjoy time at this gym. One would expect management of an expensive gym to be receptive to legitimate feedback of members but...
Decent gym, poor business ethics. Still charged membership fee for April 2020 when the gym shutdown March 15 due to COVID-19. Refused to give me a refund, said they would give me a “credit” even though I was already promised a credit for another month of service I had paid for which was never honoured. Management did not answer my emails and the only way to get my money back was to cancel the membership and dispute the charges with my credit card company. The gym itself is okay, always water dripping from the ceiling into buckets and often equipment broken. Staff are friendly and nice.
Not very impressed with the management. Leaking from the roof and locks from the lockers must be repaired. For the kind of fee they charge, avoid this gym.
I have been a member for nearly 3 years and have only ever had positive and professional interactions with management. The onsite underground parking is excellent as is the steam room.
