I was in need of a new pepper mill so figured I couldn't go wrong looking here. I came here pre-lockdown - the store was lovely with lots of higher - end housewares. A member of the staff noticed me checking out the Peugeot pepper mills and asked if I needed assistance. He took the time to explain the proper use of the mill and also noticed I had grabbed a salt mill when I needed one for pepper. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and offered me helpful advice beyond my expectations. I'd be happy to go back again.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews related with customer service. The man that is always here is nothing but a nice and kind person, always giving good advice and attending very well. We bought a second coffee grinder in less than one week and we received an amazing customer service. This place also has amazing stuff and it's one of those local shops that you feel good supporting.
