Guy hands down this is the best option if you need to buy glasses / lenses or get an eye exam. The owner herself is hands on and amazing with the customer service. Family business with top quality service and products. Great selection from Chanel and Tom Ford for sunglasses. I was given 4 boxes of sample contact lenses and told to consider the difference between brands and price options. This is the type of service everyone deserves so I had to leave a review.
Have used Modern optical now for 6 years, each time great service. I start with the eye exam with the licensed doctor at store, very good, explains everything in detail. After my exam, comes the hard part of picking you new glasses, but the staff are very knowledge and will help you get the exact pair(s) you are looking for. Excellent service from all the staff at the store.
Jamee at Modern Optical was extremely helpful and patient. On my first visit, I didn't see anything that I felt was suitable for my small face despite the interesting frames available. She called me a few weeks later when some new frames arrived. Due to COVID and my advanced age she suggested that I arrive at the store just as they were opening. In my excitement of finding three frames I liked, I handed her the wrong one as my choice. I realized my error when I went back for pickup. Jamee continued to be very understanding, and she was able to have the same lens resized to the smaller frame I meant to purchase at no additional cost to me. In addition, I have progressive lens that aren't always aligned properly but my new ones are. Thank you for all your help. I love my new glasses. Judy Judy
