Ben was extremely friendly and helpful when setting up our coffee machine. He trained us on how to use our machine and all the cool features. He was even able to get our coffee and water machine delivered to us earlier than expected! In addition, he was very accommodating when we had to place a last minute order for supplies. If we had any issues or questions, he was just a phone call or email away and he has a super speedy response time. :) We're so happy to be using Miller & Bean and they have been a pleasure to work with.

Out of all the coffee suppliers I have spoken to, Miller and Bean has been by far the best choice. I would highly recommend any start up company looking for coffee to work with them. I can’t say enough about Miller & Bean’s coffee quality and level of customer of service. In short: Their Coffee - high quality & delicious! Their Customer Service - off the charts! The full story: I manage office operations for medium and large sized companies. I first was introduced to Miller & Bean over 7 years ago. At that time I was in a contract with another coffee company - one that was okay-ish. When I met the team from Miller & Bean, I was determined to transfer over to them once my contract ended. I waited 2 years (!!), then finally the day came! I switched the accounts and eventually happily expanded their service to all three floors of the office (we served over 200 employees). Miller & Bean helped me to offer different options on each floor which did amazing things for encouraging employee flow amongst the floors. Six years later, the relationship with Miller & Bean has only gotten better! I’ve since transitioned on to another company (35 employees), and when the opportunity came I did not hesitate to introduce Miller & Bean to the team. Our employee’s are loving enjoying delicious coffee and have been singing Miller & Beans praises. In fact, the slogan is “Ben for Mayor!” That in itself says a lot.
