MEC TORONTO I had a real good experience at MEC today. I ordered online 2 pairs of Brake pads for my Bike for the riding season upon us. I got a confirmation Email 1 day after I ordered them telling me I could pick up my order curbside. I got to MEC at curbside There was a short line about 7 people ahead of me. The process is VERY quick. 1. An MEC REP comes out takes your info. Wearing a Mask. REQUIRED FOR PICK UP Like name and parts ordered 2. Takes care of at least 5 to 8 people at a time 3. The Rep will bring the orders out 4. Confirm ID That's all I found this experience to be fast and efficient Plus FRIENDLY I recommend THIS Store for any parts or service.

Great store but poor delivery service. The box was way too big and really damaged.
Had an excellent experience at MEC Queen St today and yesterday. I bought a pair of boots online and needed to try out different sizes. Wasn't sure so I brought them back again today and everyone who helped me from door to cash were super helpful and kind. The person with the kiwi accent in footwear was lovely to talk to and super helpful! All around great experience.
A sanctuary for nature lovers who want to escape the concrete urban jungle. Look at all the tents, sit in the camping chairs, crawl up the climbing wall, and check out all the cool gear they have and imagine your next adventure in the wild! Did I mention you can bring your bike in? :D You can also borrow a lock if you forgot yours and want to risk losing yours to the streets. Oh, and while you’re there treat yourself to a hot dog. It’s spot-on. Your equipment broke? Bring it back, they’ll fix it! I had a backpack that I overstuffed while travelling across Europe. Two years after I bought it, the seams fell apart. I was sure it was my fault and I was sure I’d have to pay to fix it. I brought it back to MEC and they repaired it for free! They said the product was faulty because the wrong kind of stitching was used for the seams. Awesome!
New location, bigger space. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Customers could choose from MEC's own brands and other quality products in the store. This place is always a happy place for people who love adventures outdoor.
